All A’z Basketball participants must register for an Alberta Basketball Association Membership for a fee of $20 (which includes GST).

All players, parents, or guardians must also sign a waiver form prior to the start of their first class which can be downloaded here and then emailed to basketball@alonzolutions.ca.
