Jerome is great. Through my rookie season he supported me and worked on my game, quickly we became friends. His passion for game and care for individuals are perfect combination as he gives both knowledge and love to the game. Jerome helped me to become better player after my rookie season which led me to have one of great roles in winning national championship.
